So I jst ran out of my very last of Sandoz brand methomazole ..They gave me Par Brand..I started it about 2wks ago and yet again Im breaking out ..Obviously something w/ Par doesnt agree w/ me ..So I call every Pharmacy in my area and no will order it ( Target told me its b/c it will cost them more to supply it ) Im at a loss for what to do any suggestions?
All the pharmacists told me is to try other brands which is URL and Tapozle ..The thing is if i have reactions to them too its jst a waste of money cause they wont take the pills back ..So Im annoyed to say the least that they switch and refuse to order it even if I said i would pay out of pocket! ..I went to my dermotologist and he said the same thing it looks the same as last time they switched me to PAR brand Ughhhhhhhh
Thanks for any info

Hi TTS,

It definitely sounds like something in the Par brand doesn't agree with you. If your insurance offers a mail order service, the pharmacy would probably be a large operation out-of-state. If so, you could check with them. These companies also usually have a lower co-pay and let you get up to 3 months of a supply at one time if your RX is written for 3 months.

Otherwise, you might want to call customer service at Sandoz and see what the best way would be to still get Sandoz. They could at least tell you of a pharmacy that carries it. Good luck, Elaine
