Hi TTS,

I'd probably resume your same dosing since your levels are actually in range and you know why there was a slight rise.

Causes of elevated testosterone include polycystic ovarian disease, hyperthecosis, Cushing disease, adrenal hyperplasia, androgen resistance, and some ovarian tumors. Testosterone can also be altered in people taking DHEA and some oral contraceptives. The usual range for females is 15-70 so your elevation is only slight and probably not significant. If your doctor thinks it is he'll likely repeat the test or run some other tests. Best, Elaine
