Thomas Jacobs at Columbia Presbyterian is reported to be good, but I'm not sure how experienced he is with TED and PTM. An ophthalmologist specializing in TED might be better. An immunologist is another option. You might also want to look for article abstracts on PubMed and see if anyone in the area has published anything on these disorders. I looked under PTM and didn't see much but a search under TED might be more helpful.
Your ultimate goal is to reduce TSH receptor antibodies, but there are other treatments including topical corticosteroids for PTM that are often used. Best, Elaine
