Here's some tips on preventing H1N1 from a world renowned thyroid expert.

Vaccinations stimulate the immune system and aren't generally recommended for those of us with an autoimmune disorder.  Prevention isn't difficult and these tips can help make the difference.

Hi,
Here in the U.S. there's lots of confusion about H1N1. In Europe, more physicians are recommending their patients avoid the vaccine. Lately, there's been more articles in the U.S. recommending prevention and handwashing rather than vaccines but there are more articles urging a sense of panic.
A new article out today reported that elderberry is as effective as Tamiflu. I'd like to see more articles like that. Best, Elaine
