EDITING PROFILE INFORMATION
Need to change your email address or display name?
- Login to your account
- Click on your username to the left of "Logout" in the upper right-hand corner
- Select "Edit Profile"
- Select "Manage User Credentials"
- Click on "Update" to update the changes
Need to change your password?
- Login to your account
- Click on your username to the left of "Logout" in the upper right-hand corner
- Select "Edit Profile"
- Select "Manage Password"
- Click on "Change Password" to make changes
Can't remember your password?
- Login with your username and select "Forgot Password?"
- Type in Username
- Select "Send Password"
Please write down all information for your account. Your username and password are case sensitive. If you are still having problems, contact Support.
POSTING TO THE FORUM
The Q&A is not a typical open discussion board. It is a moderated question-and-answer board where all member questions are answered solely by Elaine Moore. Each thread represents a question or set of questions.
You must be a registered site member to post a question.
Each new post will not appear on the board until after Elaine Moore has provided a reply to the question. This is because questions are held in a queue until at which time they can be reviewed and answered. (This can take several days to a week, so try not to post the same question multiple times thinking that the post failed.)
To follow up on an already-answered question or to post a new question, members will need to start a new thread.
